Zakhm-e-dil ko gulaab kia likhoon
Chahatoon kay azaab kia likhoon
Apni auqaat se to waqif hoon
Khud ko mein maahtaab kia likhoon
Kis kay hisse mein aaeen taabeerein
Kis kay ujrey hein khawab kia likhoon
Jis ne likha hai zindagi mujh ko
Uss kay khat ka jawaab kia likhoon
Sadmey pehley bhi seh liye hein magar
Ab jo toota ataab kia likhoon
Tashnagi to na bujh saki
Kitney aaye saraab kia likhoon
